Bree Dwyer [she/her]

Connection is vitally important, between people and between concepts. It's how we grow to understand each other and create community. Ms. Dwyer is a composer and cellist at Central Washington University who loves finding connections and bringing people together through music. 

Music is a joy and inspiration in Bree's life and she is excited to share that at YAMA. It is a way we can create something beautiful together and share stories and emotions with listeners. She has helped out at Kids in Concert, seeing how much of an impact playing and sharing music together can make in people's lives, and how they can inspire their community. The teamwork and leadership learned through playing and learning music together can be brought to all parts of life, inspiring change and kindness and empathy. When we all do something together, it matters and makes a difference. 

You might find Bree caring for her plants and frogs, playing in mariachi, studying Chinese, reading by the ocean, or inventing another musical game for YAMA sectionals.
