The conductor of the YSO leads an orchestra of over 80 professional musicians from the Northwest from the podium for over 1000 concertgoers! This December you will hear the YSO under the baton of an amazing YAMA student conductor.

Beer Grows Community @ Single Hill
On the last Tuesday of May, YAMA staff and Philharmonia students will be at Single Hill Brewery to share what we are doing to make our community stronger. This event will feature LIVE MUSIC by Philharmonia students, including solo works and chamber ensemble performances!
Partial proceeds of beer sales between 5pm and 7pm will go to YAMA. Donations also accepted.

This concert will feature two YAMA student Chamber groups, YAMA Teaching Artists Stephanie Hsu and A.S. Pualani, with special guest George Lopez - Bowdin artist-in-residence and Orchestra Director.
This program will feature the Four Seasons by Piazzolla, the Dvorak Bass Quintet and more.

Registration Night will take place at the Garfield Gym on Thursday September 20th at 5:30pm. Meet the YAMA staff, complete the paperwork, and pay your registration and instrument rental fees. Please bring a check book or exact change.
