HIRING PROCESS

  1. Check out the job description below to learn more about our open positions. If you have questions that aren’t answered by the job description and this hiring page, send us an e-mail.

  2. Apply — Fill out our Application Form by Thursday, April 6 by 9 a.m. PDT.

  3. Schedule — We’ll contact top applicants by e-mail between April 6–8 to schedule an interview and a teaching audition.

  4. Auditions and interviews will be take place on Monday, April 13 and Thursday, April 16.

    • If invited, top candidates will join programming for a single day in that window. You’ll get the chance to experience what it’s like to teach at YAMA, we’ll get the chance to see you en acción, and you’ll have a chance to meet current students and team members.

  5. Reference calls for top applicants will take place after auditions and interviews.

  6. Hiring decisions will be made and communicated by end of May 2026.
