A YAMA Musical Benefit Event, featuring Gabriel Faure's Piano Quartet No. 1 in c minor, Op. 15 and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's Piano Quartet in g minor, K. 478, will be performed by renowned pianist and educator George Lopez, with guest artist Jessica Jasper on viola, and YAMA faculty members Stephanie Hsu on violin and Jennifer Moultine on violoncello. A number of YAMA student string ensembles, coached by Mr. Lopez through the week, will also perform at this event. $10 suggested donation. Dinner available for purchase from La Flor de Michoacán at $10 per plate. All proceeds to benefit the YAMA program.
