Ella Kim is an artist, designer, and educator who believes in embracing the process—creatively, socially, and collaboratively. She serves as Violin Teaching Artist and Chamber Ensemble Director at Yakima Music en Acción and manages marketing and community engagement for the Yakima Symphony Orchestra.

Ms. Kim’s multidisciplinary creative practice spans User Experience design, content strategy, illustration, and textile design. From designing accessible websites to creating upcycled garments, Ms. Kim brings a sense of care and curiosity to each step of the creative journey. Her work is rooted in storytelling, sustainability, and the joy of helping others grow into their own voices. Whether she’s directing a youth chamber orchestra or illustrating album art, Ella’s approach is all about learning, connecting, and making meaning—together.
