Bree Dwyer
Bree Dwyer [she/her]
Connection is vitally important, between people and across concepts. It's how we grow to understand each other and create community. Ms. Dwyer is a composer and cellist at Central Washington University who loves finding connections and bringing people together, whether it's composing about flowers, inviting people to tango dances, or walking through the forest with friends.
Music is a joy and inspiration in Bree's life and she is excited to share that at YAMA. It is a way we can all create something beautiful together, and tell a story, even without any words! She has helped out at Kids in Concert, seeing how much of an impact playing and sharing music together can make in people's lives. It's the teamwork and support and encouragement learned while playing together that you can bring to all parts of your life, inspiring change and kindness and empathy.
You might find Bree caring for her plants and fish, playing in orchestra or mariachi, rock climbing, studying Chinese, or singing to plants she meets while exploring in nature.
