4. First-round interview with both Stephanie and YAMA’s Program Director, Alex (AP) Pualani.

5. Second-round interview with a program visit. You’ll get the chance to see YAMA en acción, and have a chance to meet and be interviewed by a few current students and team members.

6. Reference calls for top 1 - 3 candidates.

7. Hiring decision will be made when right candidate is found, with an earliest possible May start date.
